Therapeutic Massage uses touch to promote the healthy functioning of the body.  It encourages relaxation and provides an opportunity for the body to learn new habits.  So if you suffer from a stress-related condition, regular massage can give you the chance to break the habit of constant tension;  if you have aches and pains, massage can provide relief from pain and stimulate healing.
